<p>Job Summary:-</p><p>The Strategy, Performance Analytics Manager ( People ) is responsible for analyzing and interpreting HR data to drive business decisions and improve organizational performance. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators, develop HR dashboards, and provide insights to support strategic HR initiatives. Additionally, they will lead projects related to HR strategy, process improvement, and operational efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:-</p><p>β’ Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to HR leadership teams</p><p>β’ Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement</p><p>β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives</p><p>β’ Lead process improvement projects to increase HR efficiency and effectiveness</p><p>β’ Conduct research and analysis to support HR decisions and provide recommendations to HR management</p><p>β’ Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external HR stakeholders</p><p>β’ Present findings and recommendations to HR senior leadership in a clear and concise manner</p><p>β’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and strategy</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>β’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field</p><p>β’CIPD Level 5, SHRM-SCP, or SPHRi </p><p>β’ 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, strategy, or related field</p><p>β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p>β’ Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI</p><p>β’ Experience with statistical analysis software such as R or Python</p><p>β’ Experience leading cross-functional teams and across multiple countries / geographic </p><p>β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple HR priorities</p><p>β’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy</p><p><br></p><p>Preferred Qualifications:-</p><p>β’ Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field</p><p>β’ Experience in consulting or a similar HR strategic role</p><p>β’ Knowledge of HR strategy frameworks such as HR SWOT analysis and HR Balanced Scorecard</p><p>β’ Experience in the technology industry</p><p><br></p><p>Note: The responsibilities and requirements listed above are not exhaustive and may be adjusted based on the needs of the business.</p>
