This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment as part of an expanding team. We are seeking a candidate able to demonstrate a high level of coordination, who can easily adapt to working on different work streams with changing priorities.<br><br>We are looking for someone to join our team who is willing to work with us in achieving client delivery excellence.<br><br>The role is full time 40 hours per week and <strong>location will be a combination of working at either the Atkins offices at Heathrow, attending client meetings on site or working from home, as required. <br><br></strong><strong><u>Job Description<br></u></strong><ul><li>Implement a pragmatic approach to document control.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.</li><li>Establish information management policies, requirements and assurance for information delivery and co-ordination across various programmes of work.</li><li>Provide support and training of our information management processes and requirements</li><li>Enable project delivery teams to align with Common Data Environment (CDE) requirements and ISO 19650.</li><li>Review the information management function to deliver ongoing service improvement and the maintenance of quality standards.</li><li>Validate, check and process all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the CDE including receipt, classification, verification, registry, distribution, and retrieval.</li><li>Conduct routine assurance checks and audits to ensure compliance to the information management plan.</li><li>Configure and prepare status reports on workflows, Technical Queries (TQs), Request for Information (RFIs), other reportable data and user activity to inform digital dashboards.</li><li>Produce regular progress reports for Project and Design Managers, as well as other ad-hoc reports.</li><li>Implement project or programme level Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and co-ordination of alignment of Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDPs).</li><li>Track deadlines to ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.</li><li>Maintain company documentation processes, templates, etc.</li><li>Ensure all documentation meets formal company and client requirements &amp; required standards.</li><li>Liaise and support the asset information and handover team with documentation and delivery requirements.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.</li><li>Assure the destruction and disposal of sensitive records securely (including establishing and adhering to record retention schedules).<br></li></ul><strong><u>Experience And Skills<br></u></strong><ul><li>Strong experience of Document/Information Management.</li><li>Experience of working on large projects/programmes within a construction or consultancy background, with large volumes of data and information from various sources, preferably within a tier one environment.</li><li>Comprehension of industry standard naming conventions. ISO 19650-2 National Annex preferred.</li><li>Good knowledge and technical proficiency with document management solutions is essential, experience of Documentum, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and ProjectWise would be a strong advantage.</li><li>Competent experience of Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.</li><li>Exceptional typing and report writing abilities.</li><li>Capabilities for document organisation with a strong emphasis on detail.</li><li>A time-sensitive approach to query and task management.</li><li>Able to work independently or within a team environment.</li><li>Able to communicate effectivity at all levels.<br></li></ul><strong>Why work for Atkins?<br><br></strong>Our Transportation teams are reinventing transport for a challenging yet exciting future.
