<p>Eternal Sparks Consulting is a start-up fundraising consulting firm based in Canada that is dedicated to serving the non-profit sector though fundraising expertise and services. We are a Lebanese-owned firm, dedicated to giving back to Lebanon, and are looking to hire out of our homeland. </p><p>We are currently looking for a dedicated Fundraising Consultant who is passionate about the non-profit sector, has experience in grant writing and development roles and is seeking to gather North American experience. </p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for an individual, full time with a 2 month probation period. The salary for this role starts at <strong>$500 USD/month </strong>and will be increased as the company grows. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Grant Research: Identifying foundation, corporate and governmental leads for our non-profit clients</li><li>Grant Writing: Writing winning proposals for our clients</li><li>Donor Calls: Soliciting donors for funds via the phone</li><li>Meeting Attendance: Attending internal and external meetings</li><li>Marketing: Designing marketing material such as Sponsorship Decks and Cases for Support</li><li>Project Management: Tracking progress and coordinating with colleagues – using project management tools</li><li>Outreach to attract new clients: Using a CRM to help find additional clients</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>We are looking for people who speak PERFECT English, both written and oral (this is essential and we would ask you to refrain from applying if you do not meet this condition).</li><li>French is an asset</li><li>2+ years prior grant writing experience</li><li>2+ years prior non-profit experience </li><li>Excellent Writing skills</li><li>A passion for the non-profit sector</li><li>Digital Fundraising / Marketing experience an asset</li><li>CRM experience an asset</li></ul><p><br></p>
