Job Description
<p><strong><u>Job Description:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Design solution architecture technology.</li><li>Optimize and maintain the network performance management functions including analysis, monitoring, analysis, optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting. </li><li>Review daily KPI reports and identify sites with performance degradation issues is required. </li><li>Detect the Network performance problem and find solution methods, e.g., throughput issues, call/data drops, congestion, interference, etc. </li><li>Develop service plan and service models for rep. office</li><li>Organize engineering and service delivery and implementation</li><li>Organize network maintenance and professional service delivery</li><li>Plan and provide service solutions and support the market expansion of such solutions.</li><li>Develop organizations and processes for the D&S system of the rep. office,</li><li>Take responsibility for customer satisfaction with the delivery and Services. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Position Qualification:</u></strong> </p><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or other related Engineering</li><li>Must have a minimum of 5-years work experience in RF Optimization for LTE / UMTS / GSM.</li><li>Must have at least total 3-years of recent hands-on experience working on any vendors LTE and/or VoLTE RF optimization or network performance management functions including analysis, monitoring, analysis, optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting. </li><li>Must have knowledge about LTE/VoLTE technology, LTE network architecture, 3GPP standards, CSFB Procedure and Troubleshooting related 3G knowledge. </li><li><span>Desirable to have experience working with U2020/MAE OSS in alarm management, performance management and parameter configuration management. Hands on knowledge of Huawei LTE FDD/TDD parameters. </span></li><li>Must have experience with LTE parameters, KPI counters, Carrier Aggregation, Feature Activation and associated call scenarios. Skills to review daily KPI reports and identify sites with performance degradation issues is required. </li><li>Must have deep experience in network performance and troubleshooting. Network performance problem detection and solution methods, e.g., throughput issues, call/data drops, congestion, interference, etc. </li><li>Must have knowledge of running traces for troubleshooting/analysis. Must have knowledge of the various drive testing equipment such as GENEX probe, Nemo and TEMS </li><li>Desirable to have understanding & exposure to RF design (link budget inputs, propagation models), optimization, and planning tools. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Work location</strong> : Beirut, Lebanon</p><p><br></p><p>Please apply to this role only if you match the above criteria.
