<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Sets priorities, assigns work, makes sure operations are on-time and within budget and completed performance reviews.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for managing major projects and providing troubleshooting skills for system problems.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collect and study all data related to a given task/project with the Head of the department.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Agree with the head of the department and the team members (junior engineers) on the task/project time schedule.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Give awareness to the team members with the project requirements.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare and Issue to the department head RFIs as necessary immediately after receiving the task/project.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Define and Setup: computer model, design methodology, design criteria, drawing methodology (title block, layers, numbering system, level of details, etc.…), calculation report template, and BOQ template.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare, Certify and Issue to the department head: Design Criteria, Technical Specifications and Method of Measurements.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Review, Approve, Certify and Issue in due time to the department head the design documents (computer model, calculation report, BOQ and drawings) in accordance with the project requirements, specifications, design criteria and time schedule.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow up and provide technical support as necessary to the team members to ensure the issuance of design documents in the due time and in accordance with the project requirements and schedule.&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Distribute work load among team members.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Review and analyze the quantities outcomes to ensure the value engineering satisfaction.&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assess the KPI of the team members.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare periodical evaluation/progress report for team activities as necessary.</p><p><strong>Qualification and skill requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>·&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;B.Sc. Civil Engineering</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Above 7 years of broad technical experience or 2 years in the same position.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Very good English both spoken and written</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office – AutoCAD –Revit- Drafting tools – Outlook)</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Has Knowledge how to use the available tools</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Has high communication skills; willing to listen and able to express</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Has loyalty to the system and team members.
