<p><strong><u>Role:</u></strong> Will handle the ERP business requirements, implementation, delivery, acceptance test, and support aspects.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Implementation of product road-map & Development projects.</li><li>Gap analysis for customer requirements and technical specifications.</li><li>Identified problems and recommends solutions/ Search for existing or ready solutions or plugins.</li><li>Communicate the requirements to the development team, and perform sanity testing for developed solutions.</li><li>Prepare all customer-related documentation, including proposals, solution documents, etc.</li><li>Handle demos before landing the customers.</li><li>Handle customer training/ Inquiries.</li><li>Conduct UAT/ BAT with the customer</li><li>Manage support cycle and set priorities for customer support requests/ On-demand support.</li><li>Manage day-to-day operations such as troubleshooting problems arising from regular use, production support, and maintaining the platform.</li><li>Handle on-demand support calls.</li><li>Document all technical processes, requirements, flows, and diagrams.</li><li>Writes reports, documents, and present analyses, project status, risks, and issues.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>+3 years of experience in Odoo is a MUST.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, BIS, or related</li><li>Technical and Functional knowledge of Odoo modules and features</li><li>Good knowledge of business processes AND/OR Accounting</li><li>Excellent planning and communication skills</li><li>Good knowledge of business processes</li><li>Good understanding of accessibility and security compliance</li><li>Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly</li><li>Full-time bases</li></ul>
