<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Receive and study the contract and project requirements.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Agree with the client on the project: time schedule, design criteria, technical specifications, drawing methodology (title block, layers, numbering system, level of details, etc.…), calculation report template, BOQ template, documents transmittal methodology, payment methods, etc.…</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Give awareness to the Team Leaders, Documents Controller and Financial Department with the project requirements.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Define and communicate the main contract terms, the sub-consultancy terms and progress reports with the financial department for invoicing and payments follow up.&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Issue RFIs as necessary and immediately after project kickoff.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Review consistency of project documents and confirm the conformance with the contract.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Issue project documents to the client through the formal transmittal method and in the due time according to the project time schedule.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Interface with client through the relevant admin personals for: In/Out documentations, e-mails, telephone calls, faxes, meetings, change orders, scope additions, contract amendments, scheduling, etc.…</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow up design activity with Team Leaders to meet time-schedule.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Issue periodical project progress reports as necessary.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assess the project KPI.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Track the Change Orders with clients and other sub-consultants.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualification and skill requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>·</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;B.Sc. Civil Engineering</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;10 years of broad technical experience or 2 years in the same position.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Very good English both spoken and written</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Very good computer skills (Windows – Excel – Word- AutoCAD- Outlook – Internet)</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Has Knowledge how to use the available tools</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Has high communication skills; willing to listen and able to express</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Has loyalty to the system and team members.
