<br><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Scheduling appointments with clients to start new membership or follow up on past memberships</li><li>Monitoring the front desk and answering incoming calls, greeting customers as they enter the gym, and answering questions about the facility’s services</li><li>Processing membership applications and fees and issuing memberships</li><li>Taking care of basic customer service tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients by name, and checking in members</li><li>Updating member records with new contact information and payment details</li><li>Maintaining membership records and processing fees as directed by management</li><li>Collecting payment from members for gym services rendered</li><li>Explaining facility policies and procedures to new members and helping them get acquainted with the facility</li><li>Follow up on walk-ins and potential clients</li><li>Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.</li><li>Experience with customer service</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Good command of English both written and spoken</li><li>Flexible to work on a rotational basis</li><li>Problem solving skills</li><li>Basic computer know-how</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Details</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Salary 3K per month</li><li>8 hours rotating shifts</li><li>1 day off</li></ul>
