<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p> We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Team Leader to join our dynamic sales team at our e-learning company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of telesales representatives and achieving revenue targets. The Telesales Team Leader will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention.</p><p> </p><p><strong> Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> 1. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve individual and group sales targets.</p><p> 2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing regular feedback, coaching, and training to enhance their skills.</p><p> 3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the e-learning company.</p><p> 4. Set clear objectives for the team in line with company goals and ensure they are met or exceeded.</p><p> 5. Conduct regular performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.</p><p> 6. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.</p><p> 7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.</p><p> 8. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.</p><p> 9. Maintain strong relationships with key clients while seeking new business opportunities.</p><p> 10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><p> 1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.</p><p> 2. Excellent leadership skills that inspire and motivate a team toward achieving targets.</p><p> 3. Proven experience as a Telesales Team Leader or similar role in the e-learning industry is highly desirable.</p><p> 4. Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport with customers effectively.</p><p> 5. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</p><p> 6. Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement.</p><p> 7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage team performance and track progress.</p><p> 8. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</p><p> 9. Strong understanding of telesales techniques including cold calling, lead generation, objection handling, negotiation skills, etc</p><p> 10. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.</p>
