<p><span>The BIM/REVIT Manager is involved in documentation </span>for the design of internal spaces, including demolition, structural alterations, furnishings, fixtures and fittings, lighting and general design documents. The BIM Manager reviews, prepares and executes all documentation and drawings overseeing these aspects of the project from beginning to end</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>The BIM/REVIT Manager </span><span>will plan and organize the design drawings for the interiors of the project assigned. The BIM Manager will coordinate between the outsource or internal team all requirements for the project.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Projects may include:</span></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>hospitality projects </span></li><li><span>office spaces </span></li><li><span>retail locations, e.g. shops, cafes, forecourts;</span></li><li><span>leisure spaces, e.g. cinemas, holiday complexes;</span></li><li><span>residential developments;</span></li><li><span>residential homes;</span></li><li><span>public buildings, e.g. museums and civic buildings.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><span>The BIM manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing BIM standards, workflows, and best practices and ensures the company is efficient and effective in its BIM delivery of projects.</span></li><li><span>Reports to TD/DP for any Revit related matters and is the go between the outsource or internal team.</span></li><li><span>Act as the intermediary between designers, clients and architects so that projects remain efficient and effective. </span></li><li><span>Work closely with BIM coordinators, who are responsible for producing project information models  </span></li><li><span>Ensures that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project </span></li><li><span>Completes supply chain assessments </span></li><li><span>Supports and audits the project team and flagging non-compliances </span></li><li><span>Ensures staff have access to the tools and equipment they need&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Oversees the purchase of workstations so that hardware is sufficient and effective </span></li><li><span>Assists the organization in keeping up-to-date with advancements in building technology </span></li><li><span>Drives the implementation of digital information plans and strategies and reports these to the management.</span></li><li><span>Leads meetings to identify project tasks and resolve issues </span></li><li><span>Assists in raising the organization’s BIM profile for future Business development initiatives</span></li><li><span>Manages the 3D BIM models, review model quality and technical content including clash detection and compliance with the BIM execution plan.</span></li><li><span>Supervises all activities by the BIM modelers.</span></li><li><span>Surveying buildings and attend site to ensure all details and existing conditions are captured. </span></li><li><span>Works as a team with other designers or cad team.</span></li><li><span>Works closely with quantity surveyors to establish costs and work schedules on projects as required. </span></li><li><span>Works with architects and other design professionals to determine the best detailed solutions working with manufacturers and contractors to determine the most appropriate details for the project.</span></li><li><span>Lead by example and ensure the team are providing a professional level of service and consistently exhibiting </span><strong>Kristina Zanic Consultants Service Standard and Values</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position, with a bachelor’s degree in <span>architecture or Interior Design</span></li><li><span>Able to operate CAD and BIM / REVIT </span></li><li>Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral</li><li>Possess strong administrative skills, timely project completion, record keeping, monthly reporting, time management and organizational skills</li><li>Possess a passion for the design industry, motivation and a team player attitude</li><li>English (written, reading, spoken)</li><li>Required to have a working knowledge of MS Office applications&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Note: Applicants to send cv and portfolio to May Gallardo via email: careers@kristinazanic.com</p><p><br></p>
