<p>About the Job</p><p><strong><u>Objective:</u></strong></p><p>An exciting opportunity to join FNP (E-commerce) as a Marketing Automation Executive the individual will be responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of our lifecycle, retention &amp; personalization marketing campaigns; their planning, briefing, designing and execution as well as measuring the effectiveness of the programs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and build overall email marketing strategy.</li><li>Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement, website interactions, demographics etc.</li><li>Test every campaign’s success.</li><li>Increase email subscriptions.</li><li>Develop and present reports daily / monthly as required by the management.</li><li>Analyze and track data to optimize the performance of email campaigns.</li><li>Assist with the design and production of content campaigns by utilizing multiple forms of graphics.</li><li>Drive deliverability and open rates through email best practices.</li><li>Collaborating with graphic designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Marketing management/ Advertising/ Communications or any other related field.</li><li>Proven experience in Email Marketing program.</li><li>Knowledge in Google Analytics, HTML, MS Excel.</li><li>Outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities.</li><li>Understanding Segmentation &amp; Personalization.</li><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience.</li><li>Strong interpersonal as well as communications skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About Us:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Ferns N Petals is the largest floral and gifting brand in India and abroad.
