Retail Training Manager

Job Description

<p><span> Travel throughout the assigned territory, observe &amp; improve the visibility of the product. </span></p><p><span> Special emphasis on promotional activities &amp; POSM implementation </span></p><p><span>Conduct training for product sales staff or merchandisers on current, new and upgraded products </span></p><p><span> Ensure visibility of product is impacted at each outlet/shop visited </span></p><p><span> Ensure Sales team are pushed to sell the brand and products at their retail outlets </span></p><p><span> Assembles reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, and presentations. </span></p><p><span> Updates competitor database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information and presentations, distributing reports. </span></p><p><span> Prepares report on outlets’ sales activities</span></p><p><span> Prepares daily report on visits to the outlets/shop </span></p><p><span> Prepare feedback reports on retail outlets/shops visited </span></p><p><span> Prepares any additional reports requested by head office when required </span></p><p><span> Coordinating with the distributor, regarding issues with supply of stocks, merchandising, special demands by retailers, promotions &amp; customer complaints. </span></p><p><span> Attending &amp; contributing to the training sessions held by the Distributor.</span></p>
