<p><strong>BYYD is a mobile DSP platform for placing ads on mobile devices in real time.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We take the 1st place in the Adindex rating of digital technologies for automation of companies in the Internet environment: Mobile program of the tick platform / Mobile DSP in 2018.</p><p><br></p><p>Our clients are the largest international brands, such as: <strong>Mars, Danone, Coca-Cola, KFC, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Pandora and many others.</strong> As we are expanding the staff of the Sales Department, we are looking for a colleague for the position of<strong> Sales Manager.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Main tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Search for new clients to advertise on the BYYD mobile advertising platform;</li><li>Building relationships with large clients at all stages of work;</li><li>Increasing sales by improving the structure of the sales department, strategy and tools;</li><li>Managing the sales department, setting tasks;</li><li>Reporting and implementation of plans and KPIs of the entire department.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>You will fit perfectly into our team if your strong point is:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in B2B-sales is required;</li><li>Knowledge of the advertising market;</li><li>Identification of the client’s needs, conducting negotiations;</li><li>Expansion of the customer base (cold calls, access to decision makers), interaction with existing customers (maintaining partnerships);</li><li>The ability to present the product and introduce the client to all the features of our platform;</li><li>Interaction with technical experts in the preparation and implementation of projects.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key skills of a successful candidate:</strong></p><ul><li>Successful experience in advertising sales, a big plus will be having experience in digital advertising;</li><li>English language proficiency (C1-C2 level);</li><li>Implementation of a monthly individual plan;</li><li>Determination, developed communication skills, motivation for development;</li><li>The ability to conduct presentations and negotiations at the level of top officials of the largest companies;</li><li>Working in digital marketing will be an advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What do we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Official employment and social guarantees;</li><li>Fixed salary (salary + % from transactions);</li><li>MacBook Air for comfortable work;</li><li>Transparent career development system;</li><li>Mentoring during training;</li><li>Friendly atmosphere in the team.</li></ul>
