<p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability</li><li>Hire, train, and assess store employee’s productivity and performance</li><li>Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store</li><li>Oversee stock and store operations</li></ul><p>Key Result Areas:</p><p>ο Shouldering the responsibility of managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.</p><p>ο Liable for managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.</p><p>ο Responsible for analysingsalesfiguresandforecastingfuturesalesvolumestomaximizeprofits.</p><p>ο Handling customersβ complaints.</p><p>ο Ensure organization of special promotions, displays and events.</p><p>ο Looking after updating of colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other relevant issues.</p><p>ο Maintaining touring of sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent</p><p>issues.</p><p>ο Liable for initiating changes to improve the business, e.g… revising opening hours to ensure the store can</p><p>compete effectively in the local market.</p><p>ο Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forth coming customer initiatives, and</p><ul><li>monitoring what local competitors are doing.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High school education or equivalent experience</li><li>2-5 years’ store management experience</li><li>Customer centric with a positive attitude</li></ul>
