Job Description
<p><strong>Gaelan Medical, a UAE-based health and beauty distribution and marketing service provider is dedicated to supporting healthcare providers with world-class solutions to better serve communities across the GCC region.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Managing the entire portfolio of the product life cycle from strategic planning to major tactical activities.</li><li>Preparing all launch activities in different markets.</li><li>Develop promotional campaigns and follow up their implementation and reflection on sales.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive intelligence.</li><li>Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, and competitor’s share, forecasting projected business, and establishing targeted market share.</li><li>Improving product marketability and profitability and market share by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.</li><li>Key Opinion Leader management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>REQUIRED:</strong></p><ul><li>MS/BS degree in Marketing or pharmaceuticals.</li><li>Minimum 3 years experience in product management preferably in pharma / medical devices.</li><li>Previous experience in the UAE Market.</li><li>In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Experience in developing local product positioning strategies that resulted in incremental demand for products.</li><li>Possesses critical thinking & problem-solving skills; Successful track record of delivering business results.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>***Only Shortlisted candidates will be contacted***</em></strong></p>
