<p>The purpose of this request is to provide recruitment consultancy services to support the company; to attract, select/hire, develop and retain high caliber / potential candidates.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop & implement of Company’s recruitment strategy, plans, policies and procedures.</li><li>Conduct the full recruitment process from sourcing through to granting job offer. This includes determining appropriate recruitment tools and methods, taking into consideration the role type and level.</li><li>Participate in identifying key sourcing channels to be used for recruitment, this could include, but is not limited to, the Company’s website, job boards, social media channels, recruitment agencies, executive search firms, referrals, universities, colleges and business schools.</li><li>Support in establishing relationships with recruitment agencies and executive search firms, engaging with them when required to support with sourcing.</li><li>Contribute to the preparation of job postings through the right channels to attract qualified and relevant candidates.</li><li>Develop a full recruitment process from sourcing to granting job offer. This includes identifying sourcing, shortlisting, assessing, and selecting tools and techniques taking into consideration the role type and level.</li><li>Ensure the relevant approval from HRA is received related to recruitment decisions.</li><li>Build and maintain a talent pool of suitable candidates for diverse roles across Company’s, enabling efficient recruitment when critical roles need to be filled.</li><li>Establish relationships with recruitment agencies and executive search firms, engaging with them when required to support with sourcing. Fully brief them on roles and manage their delivery.</li><li>Source candidates for roles through the predetermined channels, ensuring candidates’ profiles are complete.</li><li>Supervise interviews and assessment process for all candidates, scheduling interviews with interviewers and collecting timely feedback, preparing, and scheduling any assessments (if applicable), and ensuring communication with candidates is consistent throughout.</li><li>Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for all candidates, ensuring alignment to the compensation and reward framework. Issue offers and support with negotiations when required.</li><li>Obtaining relevant approval (e.g. HRA approval) in case of recruiting an expatriate candidate.</li><li>Coordinate with the Employee Relations Senior Specialist to support transition from recruitment to onboarding.</li><li>Provide input to recruitment-related reports for the Manpower & Recruitment Section Head and Human Resources Director. This includes, but is not limited to, current vacancies, current candidates’ status, time to hire, offers / hires etc.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Preferably UAE National</strong></li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law</li><li>Minimum of 6 years of experience, in a relevant field in recruitment function</li><li>Understanding of best practices in recruitment policies, processes and procedures</li><li>Understanding of the UAE and Abu Dhabi culture and working environment</li><li>Knowledge and experience of human capital within the energy sector</li></ul>
