Job Description
Our client is one of the leading mattress manufacturers in Dubai, UAE with 30 years of expertise in the industry.<p><br></p>Location: Dubai<p><br></p>Work hours/days: Mon – Fri (8 am to 5:30 pm)<p><br></p>Experience- 15-20 years<p><br></p>Languages- English, Arabic and Hindi<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>He reports to the Managing Director of the company.</li><li>He shall be responsible for the Sales, Marketing, Factory, and Finance of the company and hence should be conversant with all functions.</li><li>Must be from a hard-core Sales & Marketing background and should have handled the company operations for at least 5 years.</li><li>The manpower consists of more than 300 employees in the Middle East market comprising of 3 factories and more than 80 employees in the sales team.</li><li>He shall be responsible for company showrooms, dealer network, and hospitality business.</li><li>The candidate should be a very creative strategist and must have a proven track record and a result-oriented approach.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Should have at least 15 to 20 years of experience.</li><li>Last 5 years should have handled a medium size company independently.</li><li>Should have experience in the Middle East market, particularly in UAE and KSA.</li><li>The candidate should be aggressive, dynamic, and visionary and should have an excellent track record of having achieved several milestones.</li><li>The candidate should be from the consumer durable industry and not from the mattress industry.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Education:</strong><p><br></p>The basic qualification should be an Engineering graduate from a reputed University with a Master’s Degree in Management From IIM or any other top-tier Institute.
