You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, conducting market research, analyzing data, and delivering actionable recommendations that maximize the effectiveness of their clients’ advertising efforts across various media channels. This role requires a deep understanding of the media landscape, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to translate insights into impactful strategies.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Strategic Planning:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and key challenges.</li><li>Develop comprehensive media strategies aligned with clients’ goals, leveraging market insights and industry best practices.</li><li>Identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to enhance clients’ media presence.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Market Research and Analysis:</p><ul><li>Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities.</li><li>Analyze data from various sources to derive actionable insights and provide recommendations for media planning and optimization.</li><li>Utilize market intelligence tools and methodologies to stay updated on industry developments and provide thought leadership.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Performance Monitoring and Reporting:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks to track the effectiveness of media campaigns.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and analysis to clients, highlighting campaign performance, optimizations, and actionable recommendations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Client Relationship Management:</p><ul><li>Foster strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.</li><li>Understand client needs and expectations, delivering insights and recommendations that align with their business goals.</li><li>Conduct client presentations and effectively communicate complex insights and strategies in a clear and compelling manner.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Team Collaboration and Leadership:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media planners, creatives, and account managers, to develop integrated strategies.</li><li>Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the organization.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic role within a media agency or related industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of the global media landscape, including traditional and digital channels.</li><li>Proven experience in developing successful media strategies and delivering data-driven insights.</li><li>Proficiency in market research methodologies, data analysis, and visualization tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.</li><li>Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>
