Job Description

<ul><li>Develop the yearly manpower plan in collaboration with all the departments</li><li>Develop and implement recruiting strategy and processes to successfully attract and recruit best talents</li><li>Manage the plan and implementation of the Workforce Planning and Recruitment section activities and their teams</li><li>Monitor and report the sections performance levels, according to established objectives and KPIs</li><li>Ensure compliance of Workforce Planning and Recruitment matters with relevant policies, procedures and laws<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in HR with at least 5 years of experience in an HR Management role</li><li>Licensed or Chartered Professional HR Certification (SPHR, GPHR, CIPD)</li><li>Bachelors Degree in Human Resources / Organizational Psychology</li><li>MBA is desirable<br></li></ul>
