Looking for Success Factors Project Lead to work in Doha, Onshore.<p><br></p>Start date: Jul 2023<p><br></p>End date: 30-Jun-2025<p><br></p>Location: Doha<p><br></p>Contract duration: 2 years<p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications &amp; Experience Required</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience (3 years) as a Project Manager, leading SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.</li><li>Ability to syndicate stakeholders around digital issues.</li><li>Broad understanding of HR processes, related concepts, and techniques.</li><li>Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee CentralControlled Performance Management, Learning Management, Recruiting.</li><li>Ability to document requirements in ‘unambiguous’ manner.</li><li>Experience in Change Management role (influencing and embedding change)</li><li>Project management skills (Agile, Traditional)</li><li>Fluent English both spoken and written.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>If interested, kindly apply.</strong>
