<p><strong>A. Accountabilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Windows Standard version (troubleshooting, configuration, installation, etc.)</li><li>Excellent knowledge of hardware (desktops, notebooks and peripherals)</li><li>Excellent knowledge in network client configuration (NIC, TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)</li><li>Advantage knowledge in other Microsoft applications.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>B. Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 4/- to 6/- years’ experience as helpdesk support including at least 1/- to 3/- years as a team leader or supervisor.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>C. Education and Certification:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or related fields.</li><li>Preferred MCP</li><li>Preferred MCSE</li><li>Preferred equivalent of the above</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>D. General Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Communication skills.</li><li>Interpersonal Skills</li><li>Decision Making Skills</li><li>Capable of analyzing and diagnosing</li><li>Excellent leadership skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>E.
