IAM Engineer
Job Description
<p><span>The IAM L1 Engineer is responsible for providing technical support for the company’s identity and access management (IAM) solutions. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as providing assistance to users. The IAM L1 Engineer must have a strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><span>路 Provide technical support for the company’s IAM solutions, including troubleshooting </span></p><p><span> and resolving issues</span></p><p><span>路 Provide assistance to users with IAM-related tasks</span></p><p><span>路 Work with the IAM team to develop and implement new IAM solutions</span></p><p><span>路 Stay up-to-date on the latest IAM technologies and trends</span></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><span>路 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field</span></p><p><span>路 1-2 years of experience in IAM solutions</span></p><p><span>路 CCNA certification</span></p><p><span>路 Windows certification</span></p><p><span>路 IT fundamentals certification</span></p><p><span>路 Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</span></p><p><span>路 Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></p><p><span>路 Ability to work independently and as part of a team</span></p><p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p><p><span>路 This position is a 24/7 on-call position.</span></p><p><span>路 The work environment is fast-paced and demanding.</span></p><p><span>路 The position requires the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</span></p>
