Job Description

<p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ol><li> Excellent understanding of the various aspects of corporate social responsibility</li><li>Familiarity with accounting practices, as well as goodwill and other intangible assets that fall under “corporate social responsibility”</li><li>Working with stakeholders to ensure long-term sustainability</li><li>Advising clients on how to make socially responsible investments</li><li>Writing and presenting reports on the social impact of a company’s business practices and investments</li><li>Ability to develop positive relationships with clients in order to achieve results</li><li>Experience with strategic planning and implementation of CSR initiatives</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills</li><li>A commitment to ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing</li><li>Research, develop, and implement programs that address key social issues in alignment with our mission</li><li>Develop strategic partnerships with non-profit organizations to support company initiatives</li><li>Collaborate across functions to deliver programming that supports employee engagement, including community service days, volunteer programs, wellness initiatives, cultural celebrations, diversity &amp;inclusion events, etc.</li><li>Work closely with employees across the organization to identify opportunities for CSR involvement</li><li>Track progress toward program goals and measure impact; prepare reports for internal stakeholders on program successes.</li></ol><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:</strong></p><ol><li> English</li><li>MS Office and related packages</li><li>Communication</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><ol><li>Bachelor degree</li><li>1-3 years of experience in CSR and/or positive social impact through business</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to drive projects to achieve partner’s vision</li><li>Knowledge in Sustainable Development and its practice</li></ol><p></p>
