S/He attends to hardware/software issues and trains end users as necessary.<br><br><strong>Main Duties And Responsibilities<br></strong><ul><li> Maintain and configure computer operating systems, hardware, software and network servers. </li><li> Install, upgrade and integrate computer components and software, servers and automation processes. </li><li> Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking and system issues and escalate problems when and as necessary. </li><li> Provide documentation and technical specifications for any new implementation and/or upgrade. </li><li> Ensure regular backups and implement data protection and recovery practices. </li><li> Provide technical support when requested. </li><li> Monitor and maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways and intrusion detection systems. </li><li> Research and recommend new approaches to improve the computer system network. </li><li> Microsoft Systems and Infrastructure field engineer is typically a multi skills L3 in MS infrastructure solutions ADDS ,ADFS ,Group Policy, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, CA, SCCM, SCOM and Windows server independently troubleshooting, configure, resolve tickets in timely fashion and close. </li><li> Receiving/assigned tickets and calls. </li><li> Acknowledge and Acting on the tickets received or assigned, resolve the issues and close tickets in timely fashion. </li><li> Maintaining daily operation, System upgrade and patching. </li><li> Strong Understanding of ticket priorities based on severity. </li><li> Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues, involving MS services all other authorized networks and server systems equipment. </li><li> Be well versed and follow incident management, change management and problem management procedures. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or any other related field </li><li> At least 5 years of relevant experience </li><li> Courtesy and professionalism </li><li> Senior level Experience in Microsoft Infrastructure Solution and Networking troubleshooting and resolving issues. </li><li> Certification: MCSE, MS Messaging, Network is Plus+ or similar.</li></ul>
