<p><strong><u>Job Summary</u></strong></p><p>The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. </p><p><strong><u>Duties/Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.</li><li>Update the company’s private database and related government portals with employee records.</li><li>implement hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.</li><li>Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.</li><li>Review job applications and conduct technical interviews to screen the talents.</li><li>Review and filter applications from potential candidates</li><li>Onboard new employees and conducts orientations</li><li>Assist and collaborate with HR teams</li><li>Participate in engagement activities and happiness initiatives.</li><li>Gather information and feeds whenever required.</li><li>Provide reports and statistics regularly or on demand.</li><li>Coordinate training and learning activities.</li><li>Discussing and establishing qualification requirements, terms, and conditions of employment with managers.</li><li>Coordination between candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies</li><li>Build and report monthly, quarterly &implement annual hiring plans.</li><li>Maintaining staff relations</li><li>Ensuring compliance with regulations.</li><li>promote good HR practices.</li></ul><p> </p><p><u>Requirements and skills</u></p><ul><li>BSc in Human Resources or relevant field.</li><li>Team management skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.</li><li>Great attention-to-detail.</li><li>Problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proactive nature.</li><li>Highly organized</li></ul><p></p>
