<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>Moroccan Hammam Specialist</strong><p><br></p>Fairmont Amman Hotel is looking for a Moroccan Bath Specialist to join Our Spa team. We are looking for an English/ Arabic -speaking specialist/therapist with at least 3 years relevant experience.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities and essential job functions includes but are not limited to the following:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Specialized in Moroccan Bath Therapy, performs Moroccan baths and spa treatments on clients </li><li>Prepares the point of sale and preparation areas </li><li>Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets through upselling/cross selling</li><li>Provide excellent customer service at all times</li><li>Comply with all hygiene standards, quality, rules and regulations</li><li>Cleans and tidies the recreation area and massage rooms – sauna – gym, etc. after closing</li><li>Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail sales </li><li>Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way </li><li>Follow departmental policies and procedures, and follow all safety and sanitation policies </li><li>Assists with other responsibilities and duties in the absence of a team members or other tasks assigned by the manager. </li><li>Follows all policies and procedures ascertained by the hotel.</li></ul>
