Our mission is to empower individuals to become proficient language users and foster an appreciation for language learning.<br><br>The role<br>- Prepare and deliver effective and engaging lessons based on the provided curriculum, catering to the language proficiency levels and learning objectives of the students.<br>- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and cultural understanding<br>- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of students’ attendance, performance, and assessments.<br>- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, participate in professional development opportunities, and contribute to curriculum development.<br><br>Ideal Candidate<br>- Hold a bachelor’s degree in TESOL, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.<br>- Demonstrate a solid understanding of language teaching methodologies and best practices.<br>- Show proficiency in English language skills (both written and spoken) at a native or near-native level.<br>- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students of varying backgrounds and age groups.<br>- Display a passion for teaching, a high level of professionalism, and a commitment to student success.<br><br>Recruitement Process<br>1.
