<strong>Jobresponsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> The Senior Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for working within the BI team to deliverreporting and dashboard solutions that meet the needs of the organization.</li><li> The developer must workwell in a team setting and have excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and timemanagement skills.</li><li> The successful candidate will demonstrate accountability, flexibility and adaptability to handle multipleand changing priorities and be able to successfully collaborate with development teams, technologygroups, consultants, and key stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Job requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Expertise in Data Warehouse, ETL, Cube and Report design and development</li><li> Ability to design and plan scalable BI solutions</li><li> Experience with requirements gathering</li><li> Strong SQL Developer skills</li><li> Strong analytical skills</li><li> Extensive experience with report development using various tools (SSRS, Crystal,Tableau, Excel, etc.)</li><li> Good working knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and proper workflow design and exceptionmanagement</li><li> Familiarity with object-oriented programming methods. VB.NET, or C# background preferred</li><li> Expertise working with relational and multidimensional database schemas and writing queries</li><li> Ability to solve real-world business problems by designing and building queries sourced fromOLAP (online analytical processing) cubes, applying data mining algorithms, writing queries,and designing reports using various toolsets and a SQL Server data warehouse</li><li> Perform analysis, design, development, validation and implementation of reports. Ability toanalyze data issues within reports.</li><li> Ability to provide estimates to support timelines and deliverables</li><li> Design and build lists, crosstabs, graphs, scorecards, metrics, filters, prompts, standard reports and dashboards</li><li> Follow and enhance BI standards and best practices across the team</li><li> Collaborate and mentor team members on methodology, design and architecture</li><li> Ensure optimal end user performance by establishing and consistently executing overall system performance assessmentprocesses and associated action plans</li><li> Operates with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. Ability to work on multiple projects at once</li><li> Provide consultation on complex projects and act as a top level contributor</li></ul><p><br></p>Education/Experience:<p><br></p><ul><li> 5-7 years of Information Technology experience with a strong focus on Data Warehousing and Enterprise Reportingsolutions.</li><li> 5+ years of experience with developing applications, reports, and dashboards.</li><li> 4+ years of experience with developing reports against an OLAP data source is required.</li><li> At least 5 years’ hands-on experience with technical support. Strong ability to troubleshoot required.</li><li> 4+ years of experience working with data warehouses is preferred.
