<p>We are looking for a creative, organised leader to fill the role of Group Executive Pastry Chef to oversee our pastry production. </p><p><br></p><ul><li>Sweet & savoury recipes.</li><li>Focus on natural ingredients, authenticity, story telling & traceability. We are a colouring & chemical free zone. </li><li>Experience with baking, sourdough, pastry, cookies, crackers & cakes. </li><li>Experience with chocolate well regarded. </li><li>Cafe menu for in-house & delivery.</li><li>R&D for new recipes.</li><li>Ongoing batch production for wholesale, retail & stock.</li><li>Responsible for batch control, cost management & consistency. </li><li>Factory experience well regarded. </li></ul><p><br></p><p>Supporting a small, hard working team to produce our existing menu of classic chocolate-centric pastries, as well as R&D for new recipes, </p><p><br></p><p>Requirements: </p><p><br></p><ul><li>5-7 years of experience in a senior pastry chef position</li><li>Experience with quality control, consistency.</li><li>Factory and large batch production experience required. </li><li>Leadership experience. </li></ul><p><br></p><p>This full time role is based at the Mirzam Chocolate Makers factory in Al Quoz, Dubai.</p>
