Do you have circa 5-10 years in Multinational Insurance area, with experience dealing directly with insurance or reinsurance companies globally?<br><br>If so and if interested in joining one of the largest commercial insurers in the world, then we would love to hear from you!<br><br>This role is part of the Multinational Business Network Management function which is responsible for service management and service level reporting of the services provided by Chubb Multinational business Global network of 53 owned offices and 128 Network Partners, across 207 countries.<br><br>The network currently handles 72K policies annually and supports $1.5 billion in GWP across all line of business (e.g. Property, Casualty, Marine, Energy, EIL, Financial Lines, A&amp;H).<br><br>You will primarily provide support for service delivery in the Middle East region in Pakistan and India, plus provide back up support to the Network Manager responsible for Asia Pacific and Far East Region and Quality assessment.<br><br><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br><br></strong>Network Capability Management<br><ul><li>Selection and negotiations of new network partners and Annual due diligence evaluations and service quality assessments of existing companies</li><li>Country and Network Company Research and Communication – Capability, Regulation, FAQ, Hints and Tip – MRT, New Web Site, Social Media Platform</li><li>Supporting major client renewal or new business development. </li><li>Network Training – Processes, procedures, and tools</li><li>Manage the annual due diligence and regulatory registration process for Chubb entities where necessary. </li><li>Gather all the information required for the renewal of the relationship between Chubb Referring offices and the local insurance companies. (Annual Reports, Resident certificates, AML declarations etc.)<br><br></li></ul>SERVICE MANAGEMENT<br><ul><li>Portfolio service delivery/management for 3 Chubb Office and 16 Network Partner relationships. </li><li>Produce and distribute monthly ScoreCard results and analysis. </li><li>Gather monthly/quarterly Network Partner Claims Bordereaux. </li><li>Produce a broad range of reporting for consumption by others to drive improvements in service delivery and understanding of network capability (remote or in person, spreadsheets, presentation, or emails etc)</li><li>Provide additional activity follow up support to network managers for other countries in EMEA region. </li><li>Maintain service delivery issues and manage follow up. </li><li>Undertake annual service quality assessments on all owned office and network partners, accurately documenting findings, agreeing solutions, assigning responsible parties and timeframe for resolution and monitoring actions are taken by Servicing Offices and Referring Offices. </li><li>Ensure all quality assessments are correctly documented in Metric Stream</li><li>Coordinate actions following the annual quality assessments undertaken by the team and track competition of open items. </li><li>Provide backup support for the Asia Pacific region<br><br></li></ul>COMMUNICATIONS<br><ul><li>Prepare various internal communications regarding the region. </li><li>Network updates and communications</li><li>Monitor traffic relating to the Network on our Intranet (Global Village) and feed questions and issues to the appropriate Network Manager for compilation of response and posting. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>DESIRED SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE:<br></strong><ul><li>Fluent English language skills are essential to the role. Arabic is an advantage</li><li>Knowledge of Middle east and Asia insurance markets and Insurance regulatory matters would be advantageous </li><li>Broad operational experience which crosses all fields of Underwriting, Claims, Finance and Systems. </li><li>Good appreciation of service levels and service level agreements. </li><li>Culturally aware. <br><br></li></ul><strong>INTEGRITY.
