Job Description
<p><span>Our client is looking for an experienced Vice President of Marketing located in KSA, Qatar, or the UAE. Applicants from Europe willing to relocate to the GCC region are welcome.</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement an effective marketing strategy based on thorough analysis and forecasting of market trends.</li><li>Lead and inspire the marketing department by cultivating a team-based environment.</li><li>Control the annual marketing budget and optimize spending to maximize ROI.</li><li>Build relationships with media and stakeholders via creative PR strategies.</li><li>Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, new products, and features) and market trends.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the marketing vision with business objectives.</li><li>Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.</li><li>Oversee social media presence and direct programs to improve social media recognition and engagement.</li><li>Progressively refine and process in light of changing market dynamics and consumer trends.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field. A Master’s degree or MBA would be a plus.</li><li>Proven experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director, or other high-level marketing role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).</li><li>Experience in creating and implementing a strategic marketing plan.</li><li>Ability to lead and motivate a team.</li><li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
