<strong>Job Title: </strong>Shift Supervisor GRP<p><br></p><strong>Location</strong>: Abu Dhabi<p><br></p><strong>Experience</strong>: 5- 8 years of experience in GRP pipe and fittings manufacturing industries.<p><br></p>Minimum 3 years of experience in GRP pipe and fittings manufacturing operations.<p><br></p><strong>Education</strong>: bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Science or equivalent.<p><br></p>English communication skills.<p><br></p><strong><u>Job Responsibility</u></strong><p><br></p>Support pipe production and supervise functional operations of the GRP pipes and couplings production, the production team, and scheduling activities from receipt of sales order to store transfer.<p><br></p>Supervise functional operation of the GRP pipe and coupling production machine and feeder.<p><br></p>Intelligent handling of the machinery and process awareness.<p><br></p>The machine/ feeder operators always have the responsibility to ask production manager for the clarification of the items which are unknown to them or not clear to them.<p><br></p>Commitment to quality of work and safety standards.<p><br></p>Quality and quantity of the daily production.<p><br></p>Strict supervision and control of GRP pipes manufacturing process.<p><br></p>Accurate daily production reporting and strict raw materials control, raw materials data as given by the production head.<p><br></p>Intelligent handling of the machinery, safe working practices, leadership skills to manage the staff personnel in the shift.<p><br></p>The action has to be recorded in the shift logbook / communication to subsequent shifts.
