<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>To develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients.</li><li>To drive profitable revenue and market share growth for the hotel through the focus on a selected portfolio of existing and new local corporate accounts (as defined by the Director of Sales) to ensure more solid footprint in the market, better pipeline and have a more active client base. Also develop the government, oil and gas segment.</li><li>To research, identify and establish new business sales contacts, develop relationships and revenue opportunities from existing clients .</li><li>To develop and implement focused strategies for account development in order to penetrate accounts and communicate to all internal stakeholders, leveraging collaboration and work from analytics team.</li><li>Take ownership of accounts and clients .</li><li>To undertake regular meeting and activities with managed accounts and ensure they have the knowledge to grow business and revenues.</li><li>Increase conversion in Meeting &amp; Events opportunities via managed accounts, in close collaboration with M&amp;E team .</li><li>Increase conversion in Food and Beverage and Recreation facilities via managed accounts.</li><li>To ensure regular communication with clients to deliver key messages and support the hotels when required.</li><li>To organize and host client events and familiarization trips, to enhance relationship and build client knowledge (based on commercial plans).</li><li>To demonstrate a growth in production revenues and market share with account base, focused on total profitable revenue.</li><li>To ensure all activities are recorded within all accounts via SAP Sales Cloud on weekly basis.</li><li>To participate in Trade shows in the local and international market.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Preference will be given to Arabic speakers .</li><li>Proven sales experience (min 3 years) in the hospitality/ hotel sector</li><li>Local driving license would be an added advantage.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing service environments.</li><li>Great rigor, great organizational skills, planning.</li><li>Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.</li><li>Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations .</li><li>Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures.</li><li>Positive, Yes I can personality</li></ul><p><br></p>Salary – QAR 5500/- + Meal Allowance + Housing<p><br></p><strong>Skills</strong><p><br></p>Sales<p><br></p>By applying you confirm you have these skills.<p><br></p>{{( (data.isCarriBrandActivated &amp;&amp; mode === ‘CARRI_ONLY’) ? ‘Apply Via Chat’ : ‘Apply’) | translate}}
